By placing an order on srotva.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The MRP displayed on the label is the maximum retail price. Our selling price may be lower than MRP. Product descriptions, batch information, and claims are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Natural variation in colour, aroma, and appearance between batches is normal for an unrefined, unblended oil.

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. All payments are processed via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas. Free delivery applies on orders above ₹500. A delivery charge of ₹60 applies on orders below ₹500.

SROTVA uses only verified claims. "Farm-grown" and "from our family farm" apply only to products genuinely grown on our family land. "Single-origin" means one documented farm source per batch. "Unblended" means the oil is not intentionally mixed with another edible oil. We do not use claims such as Organic, Chemical-Free, or Cold-Pressed unless formally verified.

SROTVA's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Please consult a physician before using any food product if you have known allergies or health conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
