Srotva means "source" — the spring from which everything flows. It is the idea that knowing where your food begins is the beginning of trusting it.

For generations, our family has farmed land in Bhakhree, a village in Sultanpur district, Uttar Pradesh. The mustard we grow here is the beginning of everything SROTVA makes.
Who grew your oil?
When we looked at the mustard oil available in cities, we noticed a simple gap: buyers had no way to know where it came from, how it was extracted, or when it was pressed. Most oil passes through too many hands for anyone to trace.

We asked a simple question — what if we sold the oil we already trusted in our own kitchen? Oil from mustard we grew, extracted in a documented batch, packed and linked to its source. That question became SROTVA.
