Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India via reputed courier partners. Remote and difficult-to-access PIN codes may take longer.
What are the delivery charges?
Free delivery on orders above ₹500. A charge of ₹60 applies on orders below ₹500.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch depending on your location.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking number and courier partner details to your registered email and phone.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and the product and contact us immediately at hello@srotva.com or WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at hello@srotva.com with your order ID.
